Come join us the first Sunday of every month for a ride out to Kyle Seale Parkway. We’re teaming up with Tri-sition Area to bring you a great
Ready for some fun rolling hills. We’re gonna ride the loop out to Kyle Seale Parkway. An excellent chance to do some moderate hill training.
This is not a beginner ride. If you are a beginner, you need to join us on a Saturday for at least 1 beginner ride before attempting this ride. Some of us will finish this with a short run, 2 or 3 miles.

Come join us on our third Sunday of the month intermediate training ride.
Meet: 8am Wheels down: 8:30am
Some of us will finish this with a short 2 or 3 mile run.
We have 2 levels:
Level 1 – will do a steady pace of 12-14 mph with a distance of 21-26 miles. Scenic Intermediate.
Level 2 – will do a moderate pace of 15-17 mph for 30 & 40 miles. Veloce Intermediate & Intemediate Avanzato
